True, that's what differentiates good from bad leaders though. The good leaders care about their people even if it means some might rise up against them, evil selfish bad leaders wanna keep us oppressed and sick so we never rise up. But the thing is, we still all rise up eventually.

I don't think a peseants revolt will work without the backing of the 2nd and 3rd teir elites to manage the population. It will just end up in chaos and a power struggle from many different groups, probably along racial and religous lines. America is different because it is so big and states can be so different from one another. You can move state and be fine. In Europe, it will be the diverse cities and gov power vs native countryside, struggle for power.
