Incentives incentives. All of these issues are derived from the incentives we ourselves have created among each other. We can create new ones. We are not static beings we are dynamic and capable of great many things. I 100% agree with you about unions. I would say the same for basically all non profits at this point as well, but again the issue again is incentives. We create these illusions of scarcity, panic and what have you to cover the fact that the only thing we have a drought of is accurate knowledge. Everything else there is a provable surplus if we just make the effort. People's minds shape their reality and we've WE have create a system that rewards the wrong things. We can change this.
