“A global resolution” for three cases? 4-10 years? He’ll be out in 3 and of course, his lawyer will get the prison changed but still, it’s widely documented, that inmates will know and he’ll be targeted. If he’s actually guilty, he deserves what he gets but who knows? They’ll probably keep him in solitary for protection most of the time. He won’t get the real prison experience. That leads me to the next point which is that if he was framed, set up, by the other cops, I won’t be surprised if something bad happens to him while the cameras aren’t working. Either way, he’s in for a really rough road. Apparently, there as evidence on his devices but that makes me suspicious too. Cops are known for using Cellebrite, etc. to extract stuff and apparently, it’s pretty easy to plant stuff. I’ve read that anyone can save a photo and then change the metadata of that file to seem as thought it's been there for ages. This story sounds like a nightmare on many levels that I can’t begin to unpack coherently atm. Wow.
