I feel where you're coming from... but I never suggested, nor should it be, suggested that conspiracy has to be worldwide in order for it to be damaging... I'd say history shows that the steps taken throughout were to lead to this point, the point were they hold virtually all the cards across the whole world... I like the parable... but I'll add my own... parasites get everywhere, they don't care what measures you take to try and get rid of them, they will always return...
