Ok, fair point about the WHO, But I still don't think it's exaggerated to believe restrictions for women taken to extremes are unhealthy/life-threatening (i.e. honor killings). Agree with most of the rest of what you said. Sexual dimorphism is real and *generally/evolutionarily* traditional roles and the nuclear family have been healthy to a society's functioning. I guess I just draw the line at punishing women/men who happen to fall outside of traditional gender roles; I feel there should still be some option for them to participate in society meaningfully.

I agree it should be encouraged but not punishable. I do believe in freedoms. I'm just saying it isn't up to us to decide how every country behaves. They should be able to make their own decisions and fight for their own freedoms
