I am 99% convinced the feds will be the ones that will kick off the false flag. That is why Anon is the government’s ultimate enemy.

anon is most likely CIA. Any institution that has a budget bigger than most countries (as CIA does), you can consider it as a country in this sense. Black Rock is another one. That's an entity with a lot of power that can ally with other countries or work against them. It should have been prevented from gaining all that power but instead it was nourished by the USA government.
