I might have it wrong but I think that those were ordered earlier like around 1993 and it was something that the Georgia (US state) did in a new law. They were ordered and made and have been stored in a FEMA facility in Ga. Obama merely made the law a national one. I may have that wrong. As with anything I say it is all speculation based on information gathered online and is public knowledge by ordinary people and not always accurate. My conversations stem from this information that has already been made public. When I get the time, I will try to find that in the Ga archives and screen shot that. I think I just need to make my timeline of events public on this platform. Not saying it would prove anything but how I got the frame of mind I have. I don't want anyone to get steered away from Christ so I always disclaim my words. My whole theory could be wrong. Nobody has researched my research and told me I'm wrong though.
