Its only a hate crime of its done by a Christian or a Muslim For everyone else it's freedom of speech, artistic entitlement or extenuating circumstances.

"Its only a hate crime" doesn't specifically refer to church vandalism. What i meant was that jews and atheists normally never convicted hate crimes but Christians and Muslims are accused of it often, because the media and the legal system applies different standards.
