I created an account just for this post. The problem lies in what people think "church" is. It isn't the place you go to with other people every sunday. That is not it, at best its a 'worship service', otherwise its a poorly performed pop show with a badly written & sourced ted talk. The church are the people you do daily life with, close friends, family, close neighbors. Some "churches" have life groups, but all that is is sermon review and pastor worship, you don't actually do life with the 'life group'. Have you ever walked into "church" been asked how you're doing, say you're doing horrible and see how fast they walk away from you? That's most churches. Have people over to your house regularly, eat together, work together, pay bills together, start businesses together. THAT is the church, that is what the apostles did. They didn't have a dedicated building or "pastors", they earned the right to speak in lives by living and working alongside people they were trying to reach. Do that.

You ever have a stranger come up to you and ask you how you're doing and you say horrible and see how long they stick around?
