my thought was the same. but VERY loosely. They have the community feature, but the shared resources not so much.

The other thing Moscow is missing is unity. Very strange place where as you pointed out people sit far left and far right, and most people sit far left. I think in an ideal scenario you want a good chunk of moderates in the vicinity so we may spread the good news, and in that case, it's a feature not a bug. I think in Moscow it's a bug.
