I completely agree with this. I just like to use the ant and the human analogy. To ants, we must be God like creatures. we know of ants, everything about them scientifically and societally. But we still don't really know what it feels to be an ant. I'm not saying God is this way, just something to ponder on for the sake of a theological discussion. As you quickly point out, we as humans can neve understand God and his vast knowledge, so the best we can do is compare him to other beings we do understand, to make sense of things a little better.
