The creator of the video is deeply ignorant and is operating from a misunderstanding of the term god or gods. Yahweh/Jehovah God is the perfect Elohim (God), distinct in origin/nature/being from every other elohim. So who are the other elohim? Any spirit that God created is likewise an elohim. The other gods are not a mystery in the Bible. They are the angels, and related beings, that Yahweh/Jehovah God created. The gods/elohim of the various ethnic pantheons are the fallen angels, and their disembodied Nephilim offspring, ruling over the nations spiritually (see Ephesians 6:12). If you want a deep-dive, scholarly approach, that is still fairly easily digestible, start with the books and videos of Michael Heisner. I by no means agree with all he taught, especially as it relates to Soteriology but it is a good start regarding the divine council/pantheons, God vs. gods, nature of Elohim/elohim, etc.

Two types of plural; look up Majestic plural versus general plural. Also understand that the uncreated, everlasting, almighty Elohim (Jehovah/Yahweh God), is a Triune God. He is one uncreated Elohim, one all-powerful Elohim (from whom all other elohim, and all other men, were created), that subsists as Three distinct Persons. The One True God is God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (or God the Father, God the Word, and God the Holy Ghost). All three are One in Divine essence, purpose, character, and being, despite being a trinity. This is the substantive plurality, amongst other things, of the majestic plurality, as found in Yahweh God. Yes, this has been debated for approaching two millennia but, yes, the vast majority of Christianity, and Christendom, have concurred. Heretics like Arians (not Aryans), Modalists, etc., aside. Most every extant commentary, homily, etc., before the 1800's affirms this.
