This is a interesting tale you are weaving here. One not too far off the stress many Golfers have when they play golf. It is called the Yips. Nervous anxiety of all sorts manifests itself inside the human body like a trap....and once that trap goes off...it usually takes about 2 hours to neutralize the chemical imbalance set off by that - attack of the nerves. What you are suggesting - *Be still, know that I am God.* This is most likely a language pattern that most overlook. It isn't being 'still'...this word is misleading to the point of literally causing harm. Humans are not meant for 'still'. We are meant to move. But how? When sitting in a chair? We learn to move our breathing.....this is the most fundamental element of our existence. Become a Master of Breath. Control the flow of our breathing, to control the flow of chemicals. And what looks like prayer in Christianity has a path forward as an exercise pattern. Put your hands together....learn to create pressure and suction...in equally rhythmic pulsations - follow your heart beat. The Palms of your own hands have the power of the universe...the power of God. The future of your health...is in the power of your own hands. Learn to make your hands, and your breathing....your best friends. Every where you go....there you are. Peace.😇

The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is right now. I am in the process of updating my website and will be adding an option for online coaching. This will be epic.
