In terms of overall tech, it's probably something new and German. I prefer simpler cars but I feel like new BMWs, Audis, and Mercedes have a lot of cutting edge tech in the drivetrain and user interfaces. I don't know how long they will last if you own one though.

I’ve owned several German cars and can second that. I have Mercedes station wagon with over 275,000 miles that runs like a top. If I could have any car now I’d get a 2018 amg e63 s wagon. Any suv would be a manual Cayenne gts (easy to work on lots of adorable parts) and extremely well build. I’ve had Land Cruisers and cayennes but the Cayenne had the power and were overall way more economical, they share parts with Audis and VWs so parts are much easier to find too. Trucks I like Duramax truck.  never owned a sports car so can’t speak from experience but the 911 Dakar seems like something I’d enjoy throughly

This was my Land Cruiser  [image] After I rolled it I built this [image] came with 500hp and I tuned it up a bit? Was way better and much much cheaper to work on than the Land Cruiser. I like v8s and don’t have much interest in electric vehicles. maybe I’m weird but I feel if shit gets real and you need to get out of a situation gas or even better diesel is second to horse and mules.
