About 6 months now, I was diagnosed with CSID last Sept, I was already low carb but was still eating starchy veg which was the thing that was still giving me gut issues. Since going full on mostly lion diet my gut issues have cleared up 90%, my body aches are gone, no more allergies, my sun tolerance is much higher (I no longer use sunscreen), my mental health and sharpness is great. All in all i am very satisfied so far with my results. I mostly eat TMAD beef and lamb with some canned salmon, Mackral and sardines to break the monotony, I have tried eggs with mixed results, they need to be from a clean organic non grain fed source otherwise I react to them. I limit my dairy to organic butter and a little hard cheese occasionally. We have just started making our own Dr William Davis SEBO yogert which so far is going down ok. I have only just in the past couple of weeks reintroduced coffee, I enjoy it and it allows me to socialise in the weekends easier.
