I and my family have been on it for about a year and a half. Best thing I've ever done. It is tough when out in holiday events/weddings/invited to someones house. But the upside is the best health of my life. I have a 2 year old who has never had anything but meat, cheese, butter and homemade raw milk yogurt. My child has a perfect set of straight teeth and a memory like a computer and never has a whiny moment begging for cake or sweets (nor the spazzed out rage after over doing it on "treats"). Nor ever been sick or seen a doctor for anything.
