''The articles you linked nearby, the pit that tried to eat his owner after sleeping in her bed, she saw the warning signs ("food aggression") & ignored them; & the Cane Corso who attacked (it's bred as a fighting dog) after being abandoned. The one about the dog killing the baby, the parents had just gotten the dog a few days earlier. The dachsund that "strangled" the newborn, the parents could have brought it to a shelter after vets refused to euthanize it; & while they had a good idea to tie up the dog, they forgot that night.'' They should have been killed without ceremony; that's what they used to do, no big deal. ''Your video of a dog eating its puppy, sometimes they do that if the puppy isn't healthy, if they're under stress, etc.'' Do humans do that as casually as dogs do? Do you really want a dog like that as your pet? How would you know which dog is like that? Why should you or your child or your neighbor should take a chance with dogs like that? ''I'm not minimizing these, only pointing out that in each case (except the mother dog) it was the human's fault. There are plenty of badly bred or temperamental dogs that are fine, when with an intelligent owner'' An intelligent owner would not have a dog like that to begin with, law allowing, all such dogs should be killed, doesn't even have to be humanely, a baseball bat to the head would be fine, or just lock them up with no water. ''& your idea of breeding every dog breed simply for temperament is unrealistic'' It is realistic; if a dog bites a human without justification, the dog's owner pays the medical bill, and lost wage, if no financial means, then garnish his wage, up to 50%. ''the foxes' physical transformation made them worthless for what people were originally breeding them, their fur'' That was the excuse the scientists were using; it wasn't the fur. ''As for breeding humans, neither you, me, nor @sonatime would make the cut.'' No, what I advocate for is let people be aware of the genealogical background of potential partners, and if they turned out to be 'high risk', then put them under close monitoring observation, regular check ups on their employment, social relationship, etc, without violating their privacy rights. Basically, that's what Koreans have been doing for centuries: What makes the electorate so unique in the world; intelligent, brave, and independent, compared to the rest of the world. ''To tightly control every animal & human, as you might prefer, removes any reason to live.'' Animals that don't behave, especially toward humans, must be killed proactively asap. I don't believe in tightly controlling all humans, just the temporarily hired help in 'managing' aka 'ruling class', members of congress, POTUS, his flunkies in the government, or anyone making a living based on POTUS agenda, with subject to surprise audit with no warning 24/7, 365, by the audit committee controlled by one of the competitors in the election, but not the strongest unsuccessful candidate, but the weakest unsuccessful candidate, and in turn, that audit committee auditing POTUS will be subject to surprise audit, by the strongest unsuccessful candidate. POTUS, and all members of audit committee will have no normal privacy rights accorded to the public. Now, the amount/causes of audit performed per candidate, and all candidates' flunkies will be decided by the public whether it's reasonable or not each time after the fact, if the public decides it was unreasonable then the audit committee will be subject to permanent removal, from both audit and political careers; it will be a referendum based on the lottery based on proportional representation. https://soj.ooo/p/modernize_democracy/post/6dfc4c0ae05d7aa5496a1fc38bdfcbd5 ''Even God, in Whom you don't believe, allows us Free Choice.'' No, my dear lady, God does not allow us free choice; God is omniscient; He knows everything, including what's in your heart. He knows your fate/destiny long before you were even born. He already knows whether you will be saved or not. It's not your faith in Him, based on your free will/choice in this life, that will save you, but His grace, long before you are even born, long before you even had a chance to exercise your 'free will/choice'. It does not matter to Him whether you say, 'Yes' or not; He has already decided to 'save' you. He does not care about your 'free will/choice' or consent. He has already 'willed' it. ''There's something to be said about individual responsibllity, effort, integrity, free sppech & free will.'' Yes, that's why I don't believe in God. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Predestination
