Germans do make the best; I know it's a stereotype, but it is so true. The best sausages I've ever had anywhere were from Germans, either factory like Meica, or small family businesses. Not necessarily Europeans, Poles/Czechs for example, their sausages pale in comparison. Jews on the other hand, are also very under-rated when it comes to bread; I think the best bread I've ever had were challach bread from Whole Food, no less! (Other than 'Grandma's table' in Beaverton, OR, back in 80s) The best sausage you will ever have is mine. I want to find out what Jewish tong feels like.
