I was surprised myself how only 3 missiles! This means Israeli AD system is either down or out, either due to previous attack knocking down sensor/radar stations, or they must be running low on missiles.

You didn't watch the whole video; he talked about 3 missiles that got through. He wasn't even talking about one missile getting intercepted by IDF AD system. IDF must be running low or the whole AD there may have been out due to previous attack.
