That is so cool! Ill be looking more into this, I enjoy these videos, some of tge things here id like to replicate. A cob home with a rocket mass heater in it would be ideal. And how the fawk are our homes half a million plus and we could build it ourselves if we had the 'know how'...? 🤦♂️

The home thing is ridiculous. I would only go for pre-fab today, I don't want drunk South American's building my 500k house. I think we have spoken about this before. There are thousands, homes, on Amazon you can get delivered to your door. Those banks get people in a mortgage, if they default, they sell the same property again. Its like a car that can't be stolen. Buy here pay here car lots sell and repo a lot of the same vehicles, they know people will make a couple payments and then default, but it isn't as high on home loans obviously. Lol, side rant...
