Yes sir. This is why I laugh and make fun of Hyokkim, he has no idea. After a good burn of the forest, all the dead undergrowth fades away and life springs forth. The old guard keeps California's forest covered in dead growth until a wild fire burns 200,000 acres. Collapse and regrowth are healthy features being postponed by old people in charge...side note.
