The best non-instant coffee was: https://cafelasemeuse.com/ Don't buy it in pre-ground unless you want to finish them asap. Buy whole beans, and keep it in freezer. I used to buy these, but due to unstable work schedule, I needed something more convenient. But if I had time to prepare properly, that's what I would use. As for brewing method, if you have time/patience, cold brew is the best, but if you don't have enough time/patience, and do not want to waste coffee by brewing too much, french press is it. Don't percolate; great way of ruining coffee; I have never had good coffee from percolator.
