I don't think you can even find this in the US, so thanks for the link. I have read several books on the central banks, it is amazing the greed that exists that allows these institutions to proliferate. There is another book that was written by a gentleman that went looking for evidence of ratification of the 16th amendment. His book states that there is no evidence that the 16th amendment was ratified by necessary number of states to pass. Interesting
