Not ignorant whatsoever, I don't expect you to know the term and it's a good sign if you are oblivious to it. It's a term in the talmud, which is a highly retarded and serious text by historically significant rabbis who wrote their interpretations to Jewish law, and their word has become almost as trusted and believed as the old testament or the Torah would be for the jew. The term goyim is plural for goy which is a term in Hebrew that Jews use to describe non Jews i.e. gentiles, but it carries a seriously  offensive connotation, basically it's been described as another word for cattle, or slave. It's how talmudic jews see themselves, which is through an alarming lens of Jewish supremacy and importance, and they view everyone else as subhuman, and goyim are even notably given less students rights according to talmudic law, leing, stealing and cheating is ok when committed to towards a gentile, as well as rape and pedophillia, and if a jew rapes a child, the child is at fault for causing the jew to sin, lusting towards a subhuman (their words not mine) child who is said deserves death for making the jew sin.   
  
Theres many more alarming and really disgusting views that are still being taught and believed by this sect of jews who really strive for world domination in which thencthey will be awarded their goyim slaves, that are promised to the jews, according to these prejudice and eugenic obsessed Jews. Epstein was recently confirmed to believe he was a superior race and planned to reproduce with gentile women to spread his superior genes to them and create a sort of ultimate race. He's also documented using the term goyim to describe Christians and  gentiles who he views as suckers who he takes advantage of and he finds it very amusing and satisfying to treat other people poorly who don't share genetic Jewish lineage with him. Congress also has 'talmudic rabbis and scholars' as guests to our Congress to lead some Jewish prayer before making decisions. It's disgusting
