Yes, all of them. I have plans for all, but am reticent with mushrooms due to zero experience.

Shiitake mushrooms look simple enough to grow, but I don’t know many recipes for them besides the usual Asian dishes. It’s really just a matter of whether I like them or not. They can easily be preserved by drying. My simple favorite is still pickled wild mushrooms with fried eggs. AI tells me this can possibly be raised in forested area: Medicinal & Edible Plants – Ginseng, goldenseal, ramps (wild leeks), elderberry, pawpaw Ginseng typically takes 5–10 years and often 7–10 years in wild-simulated conditions, to produce a harvestable root. But after that, you’ll be healthy forever:)
