I really like the idea, and if it can demonstrate itself to be a sound idea it should spread like an infection. Problem is that to all of us trying to implement something like this; we don't know what we're doing and what some guy a thousand miles away does either doesn't apply to us or is unclear. But, if my neighbor can do it, then I can probably do the same thing. And, if two of us do it, then others would be inspired to do the same and so on to the practical limits. I guess, I think I believe in it conceptually, but I'm still waiting to see that viral implementation that inspires the neighbors.
