US brown rice is to be avoided, the bran contains arsenic and cadmium and PFAS (forever chemicals). There is plenty of tests and research on this topic. If I didn't want to research or test brands I would choose Japanese white rice and hope their product is superior:)

This might be a solution to that problem.... regrow your own, over a few cycles, I'm pretty sure you'll get rid of a lot of that.
