I'd appreciate a bit more guidance on quantities of ingredients. I'm sure I could "wing it" well enough, but I'd never know if that was close to what you enjoyed so much.

Haluski! well my version of it atleast. Hot italian sausage (bacon, regular sausage, or pork belly also works, you want a fatty meat) 1.5lbs 1 big white onion or 2 small ones(shallots even better) most of a stick of butter 1 big head of white cabbage shredded or chopped basil, oregano, salt, garlic, black pepper

Doing this! So easy and I've been looking for different recipes to do with cabbage. Great post and I appreciate you taking pics throughout the process, thanks for that! 😋

Yeah I hate dishes so I love easy meals with simple ingredients. The traditional version of this is just bacon, butter, cabbage over noodles or rice. I like adding a kick of spice with the hot Italian sausage and some spices like fennel/cayenne/kale etc. It's good to eat just on it's own without the rice or noodles as well.

You had me till ......... ''on the side boil some egg noodles. Serves with the noodles on the bottom'' People get fat because they eat too much carb. I don't eat carb unless my body/brain needs them, like my body starts 'shaking' aka 'hitting the wall', and/or my brain gets 'tired', needing glucose. This is different from getting 'foggy', 'hollow', such as lacking enough Vitamin Bs and/or Iron.

Yeah I have been on a no bread and pasta kick for about 8 months, it's good without the noodles or rice served by itself as well.

No, and I don't know who or what Nick you are referring too, very random. But I am focused on core and flexibility in my work outs now that I am getting older.

''But I am focused on core and flexibility in my work outs now that I am getting older.'' Me, too; especially after torn meniscus, on my left knee, and sciatica on my right hip.
