I am trying to find; one thing I do find helpful with remineralization is to stay away from vinegar. Vinegar is as bad as sugar when it comes to cavity. I heard that's why so many Thais have bad teeth; Thais love 'drinking vinegar'. So far honey seems to work very well in healing cavity; I think it seals the open cavity from outside contaminants, and it's also anti-septic. I know Koreans traditionally use honey to heal mouth sores, and as lip balms. It works very well. I heard NZ honey is the best; I have tried them, and so far I cannot say it's better than domestic honey. But who know, if tried for longer than I have. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M%c4%81nuka_honey One time when one of my teeth rotted badly, I just pulled them out myself. It didn't even hurt that much. Now, I am very careful in taking care of my health. You definitely do not want toothaches during the implosion, especially in blue states. Why I am avoiding any food that could contribute to dental problem. Especially beef jerkies. I love maple syrups, but they are deadly to teeth, so I always brush thoroughly after consuming maple syrups. Honey, is sweet, taste good, and does not contribute to tooth decay, may even prevent.
