Gypsy Crusader has the head of a mongoloid. I was always entertained by him. I think jail fucked him up and showed him humanity. I think he has been hi-jacked by the upper management possibly. But hey, how many psy-ops are running or not running. I'm sure all the intelligence agencies have a hand on the dial...
