I think presenting it to the decision makers is about as tough and non-responsive as one can imagine. Big entertainment is also a mind and intelligence dumbing agent, so the better approach is to write and create what you love. If it gets adopted or sold, then at least you did your part for the right reasons. I’m scrolling to find the enduring premise of the anime, or you could explain it to me: the environment, the hero or antihero, and the built-up anime world. Then I’ll get in touch with my child self for plots and character development. Let me know what you have so far

Castor Great Dane-old, wise, methodically "slow", Powers are Swamp thing and Dr. Doolittle and Tree Beard, basically he can talk to nature. Major Yellow Shepard, this is one of my favorite characters, I have built up in my head. His dad was an explosive expert in Australia, Major has been blown up so many times, he is indestructible. Major is also a hoarder, so what ever the team needs he has stashed away somewhere in his vest he came across one day. This vest is magical and when a regular person looks inside the vest, it is the vast expanse of space but to major its his storage compartment. Need a 40 foot iron beam, he so happens to have one in his vest, Major can jump into his vest and find anything. Others who fall into his vest get lost in a negative zone. Did you ever watch A-Team in the 80's? I want Major to be Murdoch, fun loving but chaotic good behavior... Sugar is the black lab who will be based around a black widow type character. She is the mission planner and the serious dog on the team. She is the master of disguise. Pup, yellow lab will be the speedster and science expert. She will be learning her powers and have Sugar as a role model. Think Penny from inspector Gadget but Gadget being Major the yellow shepard... I have enemies for each of them, because without a good bad guy, good guys aren't any good.
