Lol, St. Louis? Did you add bullet proof glass to the vehicle? Most big cities are shit holes now, they all look the same.  Run down has been cities that haven't been maintained.

As a motorcycle rider and enthusiast, St. Louis is special.  The rocket/stunt scene there is awesome, and the cops are the coolest to motorcycle riders I have seen anywhere.  It's an amazing place to ride. Everyone I met in that city was cool. [video]
