On this platform we will challenge our American culture and ideologies using the minimal conception of morality that was central to American cultural values before the divide transpired; first, we must back-up our moral judgment w/ good reasoning, and second, moral reasoning requires the impartial consideration of everyone’s interests. Thus, we must look at all sides for a sound perspective if our goal is to find the divide so we can unite. Whatever your beliefs may be, creed, race, color, nationality, politics, or religion you are welcome here! NOBODY’S PERFECT OR HAS THE ANSWERS TO EVERYTHING, and this understanding is what brakes barriers, and opens curiosity, making communication and spiritual connections between different people possible. You don’t need to be book smart to join discussions. You just must show a genuine interest in the topical question being discussed, that is, if you choose to engage in the topic, otherwise you can just sit back and observe the discussion. If you curse someone here, you should take time out and examine your thoughts to understand what exactly set you off from the discussion before returning. Otherwise, there is no point in engaging, and consequently, you will no longer be able to add to the discussion but only observe. We should refrain from using bibles, scriptures, or any text-materials to justify one's personal position; The point here is "thinking for yourself," examining your ideologies from your own personal life experiences relative to the topic at hand. If religion is part of your makeup and relative to the topic being discussed, then it’s OK to proceed, so long it’s not used as a cop-out, but only to express where the origins of your thoughts come from! THINK FOR YOURSELF, NOT RELIGION OR ANY KIND OF GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY. There will be NO “GROUP THINK AND NO BIBLES.” The point is to examine what has happened to our country, and how we have individually contributed to the divide in support or resistance to policy changes.
