I like this post.  I would like to learn more about the German perspective of WWII.  We only hear from one side, and I always wondered why was there a need to eliminate all the Nazis, almost like you needed to erase the past to tell the story from one side only.  I became interested in this topic when I heard about a group that was always persecuted.  I wanted to learn why.  Why is this group always being persecuted considering that it is a religious group?  All religious sects have been questioned throughout life but why is this particular group different?  I am a people person.  Like everyone, I sometimes generalize. But I work hard on that aspect because everyone is not the same.  I know that everyday people are not the same as those in power.  So, to make myself clear, even clarifying myself is only important regarding this group, which I find interesting, when I speak about this religious group, I am only talking about those with power.  I know that some will say we are not a religion but an ethnicity, no, it is a religion because you have Ethiopian, Spanish, European, Arab, etc., who are of the same religion.  Different ethnicities but the same religion, like Catholics/Christians, Muslims, and others.  I have a question.  When did this religion decide to change how the religion is passed on to the family?  When I read the bible, the Covenant was passed from father to son and of course, the son had to accept the Covenant by performing circumcision and so on.  When did it change to a maternal thing and why?
