When I was early in my career back in 05 to 08, I worked with a Vietnamese fella heavy into gambling but not having losses type. So one day he has a brochure and it showed a baby's head in a bowl of noodle soup. He went on to explain to me that this is often the fate of the discarded babies from china's 1 child policy.
