Plumbing, HVAC, Roofing, Car repair and maintenance. Carpentry, additions to houses, including tiny homes. Intellectually, Real Estate. Start research Ag Land available, where and how much, PERC tested or not, etc. Then market it to the ever growing number of people who want to leave crowded areas. Develop the aforementioned businesses to support. Mobile businesses - people like convenience. Mobile pet grooming, mobile auto detailing Buy a large piece of land and make it an Adult Playground (only Adults and Dogs). Like on the idea of Top Golf, but for adult who want to act like kids again. Swing sets, jungle gyms, enclosed trampoline area, paintball, night laser tag, etc.
Small businesses need help marketing! Heres an idea: Start a side hustle going around to small local businesses and offering to help market their business for a small fee(im talking the mom and pop restaurant, the local gym, the dentist). Offer to help run their social media, or build social media accounts for them and use your skills and expertise to get them a better bang for their buck. Otherwise what types of skills or interests do you have for work? Local communities need lots of small businesses, it's kind of beating a dead horse but currently the trades are making a fortune, electricians, plumbing, hvac are great industries to get into to become your own boss and run a small business. I don't know a single contractor that isnt booked out for atleast six months and gets to choose their own hours. @mrvictorious might be able to chime in
What are your hobbies or something you enjoy that can be marketed to humans? Made in America is a "big" thing today. Also buying a hammer and screwdriver and being a handy person today pays well. Lots of people need knicknacks done.
I like where this thought is going. Almost like a fractional marketing business. This is something I have actually thought about. My hang up is the pricing model or fee. This would have to be lower than what the advertising agencies charge but high enough for my efforts. What are your thoughts on that?
Car repair and maintenance is a trap pay is on the up but tools are too and it's very hard to find employer provided tools, plus it's been my experience you don't want them. Car repair is NOT EASY at all. Mechanics are in high demand due to a lot more than just what I've said but no unless you have a mechanic to hire I wouldn't recommend considering car maintenance and repair to transition to the squeeze is heavy on the little guys at least what I see in North Eastern us
